To benefit from eDition®, you only need a PDF file format used for printing a paper publication or as a basic PDF. Your file is transformed into page flipping form with the eDition® software. 'Out of the box' a lot of functionality is provided as standard.
However, the real power of the software becomes evident when bespoke interactive content is added, such as links, videos, sounds, Flash animations etc. This process is easy to use and is based on a WYSIWIG approach.

Once your digital publication is ready, you can easily integrate it into your webpage, or send out a link to it via email.

Your file and publication is hosted on our servers, although you can also create an offline version, hosted on your site. It can also be used to burn CD / DVD or USB key, popular and convenient for promotional purposes.

User account

The basic system provides access to one user, who can subsequently add additional users and determine their authorisation levels, i.e. what publications they have access to and what functionality they can use.

When your publications are ready, you can operate them in preview mode, to allow sign off by a department or a client, followed by formally published final version.

Charges for the publication are effective when the eDition® is actually published (payment releases publication if not agreed otherwise), thus allowing flexibility during the design and revision phase.

The eDition® is a hosted website that is effectively a micro-site and is ideally placed to support campaigns and contributes to your main company web site's SEO through linking and content.
